spmgraph load <package-path>fails withDependencies could not be resolved because root depends on 'spmgraph' 0.0.8..<1.0.0.. The reason is that the placeholder Package configuration for the spmgraph config package won't resolve the1.0.0release.This PR changes it to
from1.0.0`, which should make it work fine until the next major release.Bump the CLI version to 1.0.1 in prep for a patch release.
